摘要
本文以基于校园网的《多媒体技术》网络课程开发实践为基础，介绍了网络课程设计中应遵循的原则，提出一个结构模型，并对该网络平台具有的功能和开发技术进行了研究和探讨。
The paper introduces the principle which has to be abided in the network course design based on developing practice of campus multimedia technology. The writer brings forward a structure model, has a research and discussion on the function and technology that intemet platform possess.
