儒商精神与酒店经营的本土化

摘要 儒商精神是我国宝贵的文化财富,而当代社会市场经济的发展必须要有一种人文精神作为驱动力。儒商精神与酒店经营本土化相结合,酒店树立“以人为本”的经营理念,加强酒店的职业道德建设,提升酒店管理者的道德人格,实现酒店的“道德经营”。 Seholar-businessmanship is a precious cultural wealth of China. The development of socialist market economy of the present age has to be motivated by such humanism as seholar-businessmanship, which should be combined with the localization of hotel management. With humanism as hotel managing conception, professional ethics should be strengthened and moral quality of managers should be elevated to ensure that the hotel is managed by the rule of virtue.
