This article probe into the content composition of the strategic human resource audit from the logical relation perspective. In this paper, logically, the content composition of the strategic human resource audit is summarized as the function audit of human resource, the value chain audit of human resource, the action audit of human resource, the rule audit of human resource and the foundation audit of human resource.
