摘要
目的:建立药材橘叶含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长为283nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.1216—1.216μg线性关系良好,平均回收率99.5%,RSD=0.14%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为橘叶药材含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of hesperidin in Folium Citrus reticulatae by HPLC. Method: Hesperidin was separated through C,s column with acetonitrile -water (20:80) as a mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 283nm. Results: The linear range was 0. 121 6- 1. 216μg. The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD 0. 14%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and rapid with good reproducibility. It can be used as determination of hesperidin in Folium Citrus reticulatae.
