毛细管区带电泳法测定头孢氨苄胶囊的含量

Assay of Cefalexin in Cefalexin Capsules by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

目的 毛细管区带电泳法测定头孢氨苄胶囊的含量。方法 毛细管区带电泳法，有效毛细管长度40cm×75μm；硼砂缓冲液25mmol·L^-1（pH7．89），分离电压14kV，温度25℃，检测波长214nm，枸橼酸昔多芬为内标。结果 头孢氨苄在33．9～678μg·ml^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．999 6），回收率在97．9％～102．4％之间。结论 本法简单、快速、灵敏，可用于头孢氨苄胶囊的含量测定。

Aim To determine cefalexin in cefalexin capsules by capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods The capillary zone electrophoresis experiment was conducted in 25mmol·L^-1 borate. The effective length of 75μn（i. d） fused silica capillary was 40cm and the detective wavelength was 214nm. The run voltage and temperature were 14kV and 25℃ respectively. Sildenafil Citrate was set as the internal standard. Results Good linear relationship was acquired with cefalexincon centration ranging from 33.9 to 678μg·ml^-1（ r =0.999 6）.The recovery was 97.9% to 102.4%. Conclusion The method was simple, fast and sensitive, which can be used to determine cefalexin in cefalexin capsules.
