高效液相色谱法测定复方芍药胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Compound Radix Paeoniae Alba Capsules by HPLC

目的 建立复方芍药胶囊中芍药苷含量测定的高效液相色谱法，制定每粒胶囊中芍药苷的限量。方法 色谱柱为ZORBAX-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸（15：85），流速为1．2ml／min。结果 芍药苷含量在0．183～1．098μg呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为C=7．671×10^-5 A-0．003 25（r=0．999 7），加样回收率平均为100．35％，RSD为1．4%。结论 本法测定方法简单，重现性好，准确度高，特征性强，可用于该复方制剂中芍药苷含量测定。

Aim To establish an HPLC method for determining paeoniflorin in compound Radix paeoniae alba capsules.Method The HPLC separation was performed on ZORBAX-C18（4.6mm × 250mm,5μn） column with a mixture acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution （15：85） as the mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.2ml/min. Result Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 183 - 1. 098μg. The regression equation was C = 7. 671 × 10^-5 A- 0.003 25, r = 0.999 7, and the average recovery was 100.35 % while RSD was 1.4%. Conclusion The method is convenient, repeatable, accurate, specific and can be used for determination of paeoniflorin in compound Radix paeoniae alba capsules.
