摘要
目的 建立复方芍药胶囊中芍药苷含量测定的高效液相色谱法,制定每粒胶囊中芍药苷的限量。方法 色谱柱为ZORBAX-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15:85),流速为1.2ml/min。结果 芍药苷含量在0.183~1.098μg呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为C=7.671×10^-5 A-0.003 25(r=0.999 7),加样回收率平均为100.35%,RSD为1.4%。结论 本法测定方法简单,重现性好,准确度高,特征性强,可用于该复方制剂中芍药苷含量测定。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for determining paeoniflorin in compound Radix paeoniae alba capsules.Method The HPLC separation was performed on ZORBAX-C18(4.6mm × 250mm,5μn) column with a mixture acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15:85) as the mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.2ml/min. Result Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 183 - 1. 098μg. The regression equation was C = 7. 671 × 10^-5 A- 0.003 25, r = 0.999 7, and the average recovery was 100.35 % while RSD was 1.4%. Conclusion The method is convenient, repeatable, accurate, specific and can be used for determination of paeoniflorin in compound Radix paeoniae alba capsules.
