摘要
目的:观察中药五倍子对釉质抗酸蚀作用的效果。方法:采用500 g/L五倍子水浸剂为实验组,去离子水为阴性对照,20 g/L氟化钠为阳性对照,对60个正常离体牙釉质表面进行处理,制备人工龋模型,用硬组织切片机制备100μm原切片,通过显微放射照射系统观察测量五倍子对釉质的抗酸蚀作用效果。结果:500 g/L五倍子水浸剂组较去离子水对照组脱矿少(P<0.05),与20 g/L氟化钠对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:500 g/L五倍子水浸剂可明显增强釉质抗酸蚀能力,其效果与20 g/L氟化钠相当。
AIM:To observe the anti - acidic effect of the Chinese nutgall on enamel in vitro. METHODS:Artificial caries was prepared on the enamel surfaces of sixty normal teeth in vitro. They were divided into 3 groups : infusion of 500g/L Chinese nutgall as the experimental group ,20g/L sodium fluoride as positive control group and deionized water as negative control group. Hard tissue slice technique and micro radiographic system were used to prepare the 100μm slices and to measure the anti -acidic effect of Chinese nutgall on enamel in vitro. RESULTS :The degree of demineralization of the experimental group were less than those of the negative control group (P 〈 0.05 ), but had no significant difference to the 20g/L sodium fluoride group( P 〉0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Infusion of 500g/L Chinese nutgall has the effect of anti -acid on enamel in vitro,which is no significantl difference to that of 20g/L sodium fluoride.
