佳洁士含三氯生牙膏和佳洁士防蛀修复牙膏抑菌作用的比较研究

Comparison of the anti-bacterial efficacy of a new kind of crest toothpaste containing triclosan to crest anti-cavity toothpaste

目的:比较佳洁士含三氯生牙膏和佳洁士防蛀修复牙膏的抑菌效果及作用时间。方法:选用变形链球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌等为实验菌株,用微孔板微量液体稀释法对两种牙膏进行细菌敏感实验,比较二者对不同菌株的最低抑菌浓度(M IC);并选择22名受试者,在晚间和清晨分别使用两种牙膏按指定方法刷牙后,观察两种牙膏抑菌作用的持续时间。结果:①含三氯生牙膏对5种菌的抑菌浓度均低于防蛀修复牙膏。②22名受试者使用含三氯生牙膏刷牙后,清晨抑菌作用保持率为81.8%,日间检出率下降,为40.9%;防蛀修复组抑菌作用保持率为0。统计学差异具有显著性意义。结论:佳洁士含三氯生牙膏抑菌作用较强,使用后能持续发挥抑菌作用,其夜间抑菌作用优于日间。

AIM：To Compare the Anti - bacterial efficacy and the lasting effect of the new kind of Crest Toothpaste （containing triclosan） and Crest Anti - Cavity Toothpaste. METHODS： The minimal inhibitory concentrations（MICs） of the new kind of Crest Toothpaste and Crest Anti - Cavity Toothpaste to Streptococcus mutans and P. gingivalis were compared by microbial plate assay technique. The lasting effect of the two toothpastes used before sleeping and after the next breakfast abiding by regulating method were observed. RESULTS：①The minimum inhibitory concentrations（MICs） of the new kind of Crest Toothpaste against the five kinds of germs are lower than that of the Crest Anti - bacterial Toothpaste. ②To the 22 volunteer,the positive rate of the new kind of Crest Toothpaste is 81.8% in the morning and 40.9% 4 hours later. Nevertheless, the positive rates of the Crest Anti - cavity Toothpaste at the two time section are both 0, There is significant statistical difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） between them. CONCLUSION ： The anti - bacteria efficacy of the new kind of Crest Toothpaste is the stronger, which can also last a long time after tooth- brushing comparing with Crest Anti - Cavity Toothpaste. Its night efficacy is superior to that of the daytime.
