咪唑斯汀联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床观察 被引量:33

摘要 目的评价咪唑斯汀联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的有效性。方法咪唑斯汀组66例,口服咪唑斯汀片10 mg 1次/d,咪唑斯汀联合雷尼替丁组76例,口服咪唑斯汀10 mg 1次/d,雷尼替丁胶囊150 mg 2次/d;盐酸西替利嗪联合雷尼替丁组64例,口服盐酸西替利嗪片10 mg 1次/d,雷尼替丁胶囊150 mg 2次/d。均2周为一个疗程,2疗程后判效。结果治疗后三组有效率分别为78.8%,90.3%和79.7%。结论咪唑斯汀联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹是有效的。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Mizolastine and Rinitidine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 206 patients divided in to 3 groups ,66 patients received Mizolastine 10 mg once a day for four weeks ;76 patients received. 10 rag once a day and Rinitidine 150 mg twice a day;64 patients received Cetiritine 10 mg once a day for four weeks. Results After 28 days, total yieldine a response rate of 78.8% ,90.3% and 79.7%. Conclusion These results suggest that Mizolastinetine and Rinitidineis are effective drugs in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
