复方甘草甜素片联合仙特明治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

Efficacy of Stronger Neo-Minophagen C combined with Zyrtec and T Opical Zinc Oxide on Patients with Facial Hormone-dependent Dermatitis

目的观察复方甘草甜素治疗激素依赖性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法对照组口服仙特明片10 mg,1次/d,同时予氧化锌软膏外用。治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方甘草甜素片50 mg口服,3次/d,疗程均为21天。结果治疗组45例患者中有43例可评价疗效,有效率86.0%;对照组45例中有41例可评价疗效,有效率56.1%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论复方甘草甜素联合仙特明治疗激素依赖性皮炎安全有效。

Objective To evaluate effect of Stronger Neo-Minophagen-C （SNMC） on the hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods The subjects in control group were given Zyrtec 10 milligram per day and topical zinc oxide,oint while the subjects in therapeutic group were added SNMC 50 milligram orally, three times a day. All subjects were treated for 21 days. Results In therapeutic group ,43 of 45 cases could be evaluated at the end with a efficacy rate of 86%. In the control group ,41 of 45 cases finished the clinical trial with a efficacy rate of 56.1%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Stronger Neo-Minophagen-C （SNMC） is effective and safe in treating hormone-dependent dermatitis and deserved to be used widely.
