应用Drager呼吸机高频振荡功能治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨Drager呼吸机高频振荡通气(HFOV)在治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭中的应用价值及其安全性。方法:12例新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿经常频呼吸机治疗效果较差后改用HFOV治疗,观察其治疗前后血气分析指标的变化其临床疗效。结果:12例患儿经HFOV治疗12h后PO2明显上升(P<0.01),PCO2显著下降(P<0.01),治疗24h后氧合指数(OI)迅速下降(P<0.01),治疗48h后FiO2明显下降(P<0.01),肺泡氧分压/动脉血氧分压(a/A)上升(P<0.01)。11例患儿对HFOV治疗有效,1例无效放弃治疗。无1例合并支气管肺发育不良,合并脑室内出血2例(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期各1例)。结论:HFOV用于治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭,是一种安全性好、疗效肯定的新型机械通气方法。
