摘要
本文介绍了一种用于农田水利的激光扫平自动控制系统。该系统由激光发射头、万向传感器及控制箱三部分组成。激光发射头采用He-Ne激光器、功率2mW,准直光束直径小于14mm,扫描转速0~500r/min,万向传感器分6层,由54个高灵敏激光探测器组成,工作半径150m,粗平精度±40mm,精平精度±10mm;以激光扫描平面为参照面,控制箱控制液压系统,使推土机或拖拉机的平铲升高或降低,从而实现了自动化平整土地。
A laser level autocontrol system practically used for the irrigation and water concervancy is introduced in this paper. The system is unitized by the rotating laser head omnisensor and controller.The laser head uses He-Ne laser with output power 2 milliwatts, the collimated laser beam diameter less than 14mm and the rotating speeds 0-500 r/min. The omnisensor is composed of 6 layers with 54 sensitive detectors, which oprating range 150m, the working precision coarse ±40mm, fine ±10mm.According to the laser sweep horizontal plane the controller makes the shovel which mounted on the shovelling machine or the tractor raise or lower by means of the hydraulic control system. Therefor the land would be automatically levelled out.
