摘要
本文讨论外语教学研究中的理论层次、应用层次和实用层次。对人文科学和语言教学研究的特点作了分析,强调语言教学研究首先是教育研究,指出语言的理论研究和应用研究不能脱离外语教学的实际。作者接着从理论和实践两方面阐明外语教学研究的特点和方法。
This paper discusses three levels in foreign language teaching research, i.e. theoretical, applied and practical levels, It presents an analysis of the characteristics of the research on humanities and language teaching, emphasizing that language teaching research is primarily educational research and pointing out that theoretical and applied researches cannot be separated from the practice of foreign language teaching. The author then explains the characteristics and method of research on foreign language teaching from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
