摘要
以氧氯化锆(ZrOC l2.8H2O)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法,再配以正丁醇蒸馏工艺,成功地制得了粒径在10nm左右常温下稳定的纯四方相氧化锆纳米粉体。采用X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、DTA和透射电镜对产品进行了表征,计算了常温下亚稳的四方氧化锆晶粒的晶格畸变率。结果表明:传统的溶胶-凝胶工艺再配以正丁醇蒸馏可以制得纳米级氧化锆粒子,晶粒基本呈球型,粒子分散性、均匀性较好。
A metastable nanosized tetragonal zirconia (t-ZrO2), which size was about 10 nm, was prepared at room temperature using ZrOCl2·8H2O and NH3·H2O as raw materials by sol-gel and n-butanol distillation method. TEM, XRD, DTA and Raman spectrum were used to characterize the samples, and the crystal lattice distortion rate was also calculated. The results indicated that these samples had a good homogeneity and a good dispersility.
