基于数控的电子束焊接控制系统

摘要 通过对传统的以PLC为核心的电子束焊接控制系统的分析,发现了其存在焊接能量给定形式单一及其与运动轨迹不同步等不足,提出了用数控系统解决运动控制、聚焦和束流能量的给定问题,弥补了原系统的不足之处,提高了焊接效率和焊接精度。同时在原有数控指令的基础上开发了自己的加工宏指令,提供了友好的焊接编程界面。通过在实际设备改造上的应用,取得了良好的效果,证明其具有较大实用价值。 Some problems with the traditional PLC-based control system of electronic beam welding machine are first discussed. To solve these problems, we have proposed the use of CNC (computerized Numerical Control) based system in controlling the working table and the two-energy magnitude : the electronic beam current and the congregate current. The welding energy achieves synehroeyelotron with the working table movement and the efficiency and quality of welding can thus be improved. Some macro instructions are given to the user based on the original CNC instructions, which proves very friendly GUI for welding. Feedback from its application on electronic beam welding machine indicates that it works reliably and the performance is satisfactory.
