摘要
随着网络化、信息化的社会发展,必然给高校人力资源的管理带来变革。如何使高校人力资源信息化的转变适应时代的变迁趋势,关键在于坚持以人为本的科学发展观,根据高校的实际情况量体裁衣,加强管理,分步实施,逐步推进,才能最大限度地发挥人力资源的优势。
The rapid development of the web technology and information technology provides both a context and conditions for higher education human resources management to be innovated. The key to the innovation lies in correct understanding of the development trends of the society ,the adjustment and reinforcement of managerial skills, and appropriate approaches in responding to the new situations and needs of the development of a university.
