癌-睾丸抗原与胶质瘤
摘要
目前对胶质瘤的传统治疗手段未能提高患者的生存率。免疫治疗作为一种辅助治疗手段具有一定的发展前景。寻找特异性的肿瘤抗原是开展肿瘤免疫治疗的前提。癌-睾丸抗原非常适用于肿瘤特异性免疫治疗。本文对癌-睾丸抗原在胶质瘤中表达规律、表达机理等作一综述,并对其应用于胶质瘤免疫治疗的前景作了展望。
