高效液相色谱法测定糖脉康颗粒中4种活性成分的含量 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过测定糖脉康颗粒中活性成分的含量,有效的控制该制剂的质量。方法用高效液相色谱法,分别以二极管阵列检测器测定了糖脉康颗粒中的芍药苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素的含量;以蒸发光散射检测器测定了黄芪甲苷的含量。结果芍药苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素和黄芪甲苷的线性范围和相关系数分别为:1.85×10^-2-9.25×10^-1μg,r=0.9995;4.700×10^-3-2.820×10^-2μg,r=0.9995;4.650×10^-1-2.790×10^-2μg,r=0.9998;4.032×10^-2-0.282μg,r=0.9994。结论糖脉康颗粒中这四种成分的含量较稳定。通过多种成分含量测定,控制中药制剂糖脉康颗粒质量的方法切实、可行,可以作为该制剂质量控制的方法。 OBJECTIVE To control Tangraaikang granule quality according to their contents of astragaloside Ⅳ, 7-hydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone, 7,3'-dihydroxy-4'- methoxy- isoflavone, paeoniflorin. METHODS HPLC-ELSD was used to determine astragaloside Ⅳ. RP-HPLC was used to determine 7-hydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone, 7,3 '-dihydroxy-4'- methoxy- isoflavone and paeoniflorin. RE- SULTS Linear range and correlation coefficients of paeoniflorin, 7-hydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone, 7,3 '-dihydroxy-4'- methoxy- isoflavone and astragaloside Ⅳ were 1.85 × 10^ -2-9.25× 10 ^-1μg, r = 0. 999 5 ; 4. 700 × 10 ^-3 - 2. 820 × 10 ^-2 μg, r = 0.999 5 ; 4. 650× 10^-3 -2.790×10^-2μg, r=0.999 8; 4.032 ×10^-2 -0.282μg, r =0.999 4 respectively. CONCLUSION As a whole, the contents of four component were unvariable in Tangmaikang granule. The method that according to their content of multi-component control quality of Tangmaikang granule was practical.
