摘要
目的建立独一味药材中木犀草素、异鼠李素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,伊利特-C18柱,以甲醇-水(50:50),磷酸调节pH值至3.0,流速:0.8mL·min^-1,检测波长:360nm。结果木犀草素在7.072~35.360μg·mL^-1,异鼠李素在1.658~8.290μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r木=0.9997,r异=0.9992。平均回收率分另4为97.8%、98.1%,RSD分别为2.0%、2.5%。结论本法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,适于黄酮类成分的分离与测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of luteolin and isorhamnetin in Herba Lamiophlomis. METHODS Yihte-C18 Column was used,the mobile phase was consisted of methanol- water (50: 50) , adjusted pH to 3.0 with H3 PQ, the flow rate was 0.8mL min^-1 and detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. RESULTS The linear range of luteolin and isorhamnetin were 7. 072 - 35. 360μg · mL^-1, (r = 0.9997) and 1. 658 - 8. 290μg · mL^-1( r = 0. 9992), the average recovery and RSD value of luteolin and isorhamnetin were 97.8% ,2.0%, and 98.1% ,2.5%. CONCLUSION This method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality study of Herba Lamiophlomis.
