摘要
对数控车削中因车刀刀尖中心高偏差引起工件的径向尺寸误差和轮廓误差进行了定量分析;纠正了对此问题的一些不准确分析和结论;提出了解决这类问题的合理方案。
This article gives the quantitative analysis of the errors of diametrical dimensions and outline of the part by warp of the lathe tool tip center in NC process. And then, it corrects some improper analyses and conclusions on this problem. The article presents the reasonable precept to solve this kind problem.
