摘要
失效致命度分析是研究工程机械优化设计、提高其可靠性的重要环节。本文研究了工程机械失效控制体系,构建了工程机械失效致命度控制模型,并以某型挖土机传动系统的液压控制阀失效为例,分析了失效致命度控制模型的应用原理。
Failure criticality analysis is an important process to the research of construction machinery's optimal design and the improvement of its reliability. The failure control system of construction machinery is comprehensively studied and the corresponding failure criticality control model is established. The failure of a certain hydraulic pressure control valve in an excavator transmission system is analyzed as an example to illustrate application procedure of this model in failure criticality analysis of construction machinery.
