摘要
高效和稳定的运动控制卡是高精度和高速的数控系统的前提。对传统的单片机的开环控制数控系统运动卡而言,笔者提出了一种基于TMS 320C2812DSP和FPGA芯片无缝结合的多轴运动控制卡的设计方法;进一步介绍了FPGA在多轴运动控制卡中的应用和优点;具体阐述了多轴运动控制卡电路中的正交编码电路模块的实现。
An effective and stable movement board is the prerequisite of a hi-precision and high speed CNC system. Compared to the traditional open-loop CNC movement control board based on microchip, a new design method for multi-axis movement control board on the combination of TMS 320C2812DSP and FPGA is introduced, further more, the application and advantage of FPGA are recommended in this paper, in the end a quadrate encode module is discussed in detail.
