介绍了现代电能品质问题和产生的基本原因;分析了解决电能品质问题所采取的对策以及新技术的应用和展望。
This paper introduces problems related to modern electric power quality and the basic causes of these problems. The key points of this paper are how to solve problems of electric power quality, the application and the prospects of new techniques.
