摘要
以正丁醇、烧碱、二硫化碳为原料。在溶剂苯中合成丁基钠黄药，考察了各因素对收率的影响，得出最佳工艺条件为：n（正丁醇）：n（NaOH）：n（CSD=1：1：1．05，反应温度25～30℃，反应时间为1h，在此工艺条件下，收率为83．5％。
Sodium n-butyl xanthate was synthesized from n-butyl alcohol sodium hydroxide and carbon disulphide with benzene as solvent. The influence factors on the yield were investigated. The results showed that when n （n-butyl alcohol） ：n（sodium hydroxide） ：n（carbon disulphide） = 1：1：1.05, reaction temperature 25-30℃ and reaction time lh, the product yield of sodium n-butyl xanthate was 83.5%.
