摘要
以正丁醇、烧碱、二硫化碳为原料。在溶剂苯中合成丁基钠黄药,考察了各因素对收率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:n(正丁醇):n(NaOH):n(CSD=1:1:1.05,反应温度25~30℃,反应时间为1h,在此工艺条件下,收率为83.5%。
Sodium n-butyl xanthate was synthesized from n-butyl alcohol sodium hydroxide and carbon disulphide with benzene as solvent. The influence factors on the yield were investigated. The results showed that when n (n-butyl alcohol) :n(sodium hydroxide) :n(carbon disulphide) = 1:1:1.05, reaction temperature 25-30℃ and reaction time lh, the product yield of sodium n-butyl xanthate was 83.5%.
