基于VC++的三维复杂槽型铣刀片应力场模糊综合评判

摘要 以面向对象的设计思想为指导,通过分析影响应力场最重要的4个参数,运用模糊数学理论,根据加工要求和专家分析,在VC++环境下实现了对三维复杂铣刀片应力场模糊综合评判系统的开发。通过该系统可对多因素作用下的铣刀片应力场优劣进行总的评判,为进一步研究三维复杂槽型铣刀片的槽型优化与重构提供了依据。 Guided by the thought of object oriented, four most important parameters that influenced stress field were analyzed, fuzzy mathematics theory was applied, finally the system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for stress field of milling insert with 3D complex groove was developed using VC++ according to machining requirements and expert' s analysis. This system can be used to evaluate stress field of milling insert under the actions of multi-factor as a whole, it provides a foundation for further research on groove's optimization and reconstruction.
