摘要
应用小鼠成骨细胞系OCT-1细胞对两种植入性材料(纯钛及钛基六钛酸钾涂层复合材料)进行体外细胞培养,比较二者的生物相容性.结果显示钛基六钛酸钾涂层复合材料的生物相容性和纯钛材料相当;连续培养可提高材料的生物相容性,材料表面的平整程度对其表面细胞生长状况起着重要的作用.
The mouse bone cells(OCT-1)were incxubated in vitro with two kinds of biomaterials, which included pure titanium and titanium alloys with surface modification. The resuits showed that the surface modified titanium allys had similar biocompatibility with pure titanium. Continuous incubation improved biocompatibility of the used material. And the level of the material surface would be important to the cells growth on them. Then based on the resuits above, we present the principle and assumption of new biomaterial to improve biocompatibility.
