摘要
永磁同步电机的电流控制方法有id=0控制、转矩电流比最大控制、功率因数等于1的控制和恒磁链控制等。通过研究这几种电流控制方法的控制效率、输出转矩特性、功率因数特性等因素,由此确定面装式永磁同步电机伺服系统的电流控制方法。同时,还研究了id=0控制的实现途径,对比了电压前馈解耦控制和电压反馈解耦控制实现的简易程度和实现的可能性,选择电压反馈解耦控制实现面装式永磁同步电机伺服系统的电流控制。
Several current control strategies of permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM ) were introduced. For these strategies, factors such as control efficiency, output torque, power factor etc. were studied respectively, and the current control method of surface mounted PMSM was selected. At the same time, the implementation approach of control id = 0 was also studied. After comparing the degree of difficulty and the probability of the two methods, the voltage feed forward decoupled control and the voltage feed back decoupled control, the latter was selected to realize current control of surface mounted PMSM.
