摘要
分析了三相异步电机直接转矩控制时起动电流过大的原因,提出一种电流滞环控制方案,充分利用异步电机直接转矩控制的特点-零电压矢量。该方案不仅有效地抑制启动电流过大的缺点,而且能对电机稳态运行时也有效,确保了逆变功率器件安全运行。最后通过仿真说明了引入电流滞环后系统的性能变化情况。
In this paper the cause of the great impulse start-up current of induction machine employing direct torque control is analyzed, then a scheme about current hysteresis band control is proposed. It takes advantage of the characteristic of direct torque control - having zero state vectors, not only effectively constrains the great start - up current, but also be effective in steady operation. That ensures the inverter power devices working safely. At last, through simulation demonstrates the change on the system performances after introducing the current hysteresis band control.
