随着多种克隆动物的相继诞生,人们越来越关注哺乳动物核植技术的发展。逐步成熟的核移植技术,必将给畜牧业和生物学、医学等研究领域带来深远的影响。本文就哺乳动物核植技术的研究简史、现状、相关机理、研究方法,以及存在的问题和应用前景进行了综述。

With the birth of many kinds of cloned mammals,People more and more center great attention to the development of mammalian nuclear transfer technology.This technology would have brought great influences on livestock husbandry,biological,and medical research.This paper briefly summarize the developmental history,recent developmet of mammalian nuclear transfer,relaed mechanisms and methods,as well as point out the existing problems and reviewed the applied prospect.
