摘要
用80c196单片机开发的气体分析仪器可连续自动监测工业生产过程中各种气体的含量。本文介绍了基于80c196的Modbus串行通讯的实现方法,包括硬件连接及软件编程,程序用c96语言编写。该系统可完成与上位组态软件的实时通信,便于用户对气体分析仪器进行远程监控。
The gas analysis instrument based on 80c196 single-chip computer can monitor the contents of various gases produced in production process continuously and automatically. The realization of modbus serial communication based on 80c196 is introduced, including hardware connecting and software programming. The program is written with c96 language. The real-time communication between the instrument and the upper configuration software running on PC is realized. It provides a convenient method for users to control gas analysis instruments remotely.
