摘要 介绍了在微乳液体系中,采用双波长分光光度法测定金属离子-8-羟基喹啉(HQ)络合物.结果表明,CTAB微乳液对金属离子-8-羟基喹啉体系具有较强的增敏作用,钴在0~4.0μg/mL、镍在0~5.0μg/mL符合比尔定律.对于性质相近的钴和镍在不进行分离的情况下,采用微乳液增敏双波长分光光度法直接进行分析,结果令人满意. The cobalt and nickel were determined simultaneously by dual wave spectrophotometry in cetyltrimetrylammonium bromide microemulsion which has sensitizing effect on cobalt and nickel complexes. The main factors affecting the determination were investigated. The Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-4.0μg/mL for CO^2+ and 0-5.0μg/mL for Ni^2+. The cobalt and nickel, that have similar properties, can be determined directly without separation.
