摘要
【目的】探讨辛伐他汀对高脂血症时血管活性物质及其对内皮依赖的舒张功能的影响,并探讨辛伐他汀对高脂血症时血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。【方法】建立高脂血症大鼠模型,检测其血清中血脂、一氧化氮(NO)和VEGF水平及其在辛伐他汀治疗16周后的变化。【结果】高脂血症组血清NO及VEGF低于正常对照组;第16周时治疗组血清NO及VEGF高于非治疗组。【结论】高脂血症影响NO及VEGF的分泌,而辛伐他汀可逆转此改变。
[Objective]To study effect of simvastatin on serum nitric oxide and VEGF in hyperlipidemic rats. [Methods]The hyperlipidemic model was established in rats. The serum levels of lipids, NO, and VEGF were measured. [Results]Hyperlipidemic rats had lower level of NO and VEGF than control group. Administration of simvastatin significantly elevated serum NO and VEGF. [Conclusion] Hyperlipidemia not only reduces serum NO but also serum VEGF, and simvastatin can reverse the changes induced by hyperlipidemia, that might have relevance to VEGF.
