摘要
提出了一种基于单周控制理论的直流侧软开关有源电力滤波器,作为谐波补偿器并联在逆变器直流侧,提供负载所需的谐波电流,使电源电流与电源电压同相同频,同时使其直流输出电压恒定,为下一级电路提供平滑的直流电压;另外,对有源电力滤波器中的主开关实现零电压开通,同时利用有源箝位技术避免了开关管过高的电压应力。与一般的PWM硬开关有源电力滤波器相比,该方法不仅减小了开关管的功率损耗,提高了系统效率,而且便于有源电力滤波器的大容量应用。仿真和实验结果验证了所提方法的正确性。
A novel soft-switching active power filter used in DC-side based on one cycle control theory is presented in this paper,which is used as a harmonic generator to compensate nonlinear load harmonic current.The DC-side APF is shunted at the DC link of bridge rectifier to compensate the reactive and harmonic current for the rectifier load as well as provide smooth DC voltage for the next circuit system.In addition,by means of active clamp technique the main power switches in APF are all working in ZVS (Zero-Voltage-Switching) and also avoid over-voltage stress at the same time. In contrast with the conventional hard-switching APF,the soft-switching DC APF works in high volume situation,with less power loss as well as higher efficiency.The simulative and experimental results verified correctness of the proposed method of control.
