摘要
给出了选取倍频式IGBT高频感应加热(HighFrequenceInductionHeating,简称HFIH)电源中补偿电容的两种方法,即经典解析法和最优选取法。最优选取法从最大化输出功率和最小化补偿电容消耗功率的角度出发,考虑了最大电压和补偿电容等效串联电阻的限制,应用拉格朗日算子得到了最佳的补偿电容值。仿真和实验证明这两种方法都是可行的。
This paper suggests two methods for compensatory capacitance of the multiple-frequency IGBT high frequency induction heater:classic analytical method and optimal option method.The latter presents a method for finding an optimal value of the capacitor through Lagrange multiplier,with the considerations on voltage tolerance and ESR of the capacitor,maximum output power, and minimum power loss.Simulations and experiments verify the effectiveness of both proposed methods.
