摘要 介绍了基于DSP的无速度传感器直接转矩控制系统的构成,针对控制中因磁链观测误差导致电机低速性能不好的问题,采用闭环磁链状态观测器观测定转子磁链,并在此基础上选用自适应转速辨识方法估算转速。最后在1.1kW电机上进行了实验验证。实验结果证明,该系统对磁链和转速的观测准确,改善了电机的低速性能。 In this paper the configuration of speed sensorless Direct Torque Control (DTC) system based on DSP is introduced.To resolve the faults at low speed,a close-loop flux observer is adopted,which can improve the precision of flux observation at low speed.Adaptive speed estimation is adopted to calculate the speed.Finally,this approach has been implemented on DSP in a l.lkW drive.The result has showed that this method gives satisfied estimation of flux and rotor speed and improves the performance of machine at low speed.
