摘要
介绍了基于微处理器尖峰电压发生器的思路和设计方法,结合数字存储示波器/逻辑分析测试仪,共同实现了电压尖峰发生器的产生和测试功能。电压尖峰发生器采用由晶闸管开关、电感、电容组成的高阶振荡电路,产生需要的尖峰电压。以微处理器AT89C51为控制核心,自动完成信号的发生和转换控制,且实时显示电压尖峰幅值,数字存储示波器/逻辑分析仪则通过计算机USB2.0接口,实现实时测试尖峰电压,显示电压波形和记录数据等功能。通过仿真及实验验证,设计的电压尖峰发生器及测试仪是正确可行的,通过长期应用证明,该系统稳定可靠,性能良好。
A spike voltage generator based on MPU is introduced in this paper.In combination with digital storage oscilloscope or logical analytic tester, the spike voltage generator can accomplish the functions of spike voltage generating and testing.The high-level surge circuit is composed of controllable switch,inductance and capacitance to produce the spike voltage we need.MPU AT89C51 is the control center of this system.It can accomplish the functions of changing control, generating of the signal and real-time spike voltage peak value displaying.Through the USB 2.0 interface on the computer, digital storage oscilloscope or logical analytic tester can fulfill the following functions:real-time spike voltage testing, voltage waveform displaying and date recording.Emulation and experiment proved the system is accurate and feasible.According to the application in practice, we can conclude the system is stable, reliable and have a good performance.
