摘要
海洋因其蕴含丰富的资源将在人类的可持续发展进程中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用,合理开发利用海洋已逐渐成为各海洋国家的重要战略举措。本文着重介绍了我国海洋资源的概况、海洋产业的状况及发展现状,以及海洋产业发展中存在的问题,对发展我国海洋产业提出了几点建议。
Ocean, holding abundant resources in store, plays more and more important role in the course of human sustainable development. Therefore, development and exploitation of marine resourees have been gradually becoming an important strategic measure in rome marine countries. Although China can be called a big marine country, it is far away from great marine country. This paper introduces the general situation of marine resources, the status of marine industry and its development and existing problems. As far as the problems are concerned, the authors put forward several suggestions on marine industry development.
