工程球罐的实测应力分析

摘要 基于图解法测试原理,用二次加载法测取了球罐错边和角变形部位的附加弯曲应力,通过弯曲应力分布曲线得到内、外壁危险点的位置,并用屈服应力法测算了危险点第一主应力方向的残余应力,从而得到危险点的实际应力且对其进行了强度分析。分析结果表明,两种测试法的精度均可满足工程要求,而且用来分析危险点的测试数据十分便利。 At the beginning the test principle of graphic method is introduced concisely. According to this principle, subsidiary bending stresses at the place of the misaligned contact edge and angular distortion of the spherical tank are determined by the method of the second load. From the distribution curves of the bending stresses, the positions of the dangerous points on the inside and outside walls are located. And then the residual stress in the direction of the first principal stress at the point is tested by the method of the yield stress, so that the actual stress of the point is obtained, and the intensity of the actual stresses of the points is analyzed. The result shows that the accuracy of the test methods satisfies the engineering requirement and it is very convenient to analyze the test data of the dangerous point.
