PPH联合Milligan-Morgan改良手术治疗重度痔

Application of Combined PPH and Improved Milligan-Morgan Procedure in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids

为探讨完善治疗重度痔的手术方式，回顾分析重度混合痔应用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）和联合Milligan-Morgan改良手术的治疗结果。单纯行PPH手术69例，PPH联合Milligan—Morgan改良手术118例，术后平均住院2．5d，随访1～9个月效果良好。结果表明，PPH联合Milligan—Morgan改良手术治疗重度痔，具有安全、有效、住院时间短和恢复快等优点，是治疗重度痔的理想方式。

The therapeutic results of single PPH and the combined treatment of PPH plus improved Milligan-Morgan procedure in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids were studied retrospectively. Sixty nine cases underwent PPH,while 118 cases underwent combined PPH and improved Milligan-Morgan operation. The average postoperative hospitalization time was 2.5 days,and the therapeutic effects were good during 1-9 month follow-up. Results showed that the combined PPH and improved Milligan-Morgan operation have such strong points as safety, efficacy, shorter hospitalization date, quicker recovery, etc.
