PPH治疗重度痔50例

Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids with PPH ：Report of 50 Cases

观察吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗50例重度痔的效果。平均手术时间35min，平均住院时间5d。1例患者术后迟发性出血，再次手术缝合。5例术后有肛门坠胀感，1周后症状消失。术后随访半年均未见复发，无排便困难及肛门狭窄。结果表明，PPH手术治疗重度痔具有安全、效果好、手术时间短、恢复快等特点。

Fifty cases with severe hemorrhoids underwent PPH treatment,the therapeutic results were evaluated. The average operative duration of time was 35 minutes, and the average hospitalization time was 5 days. Postoperative delayed bleeding was noticed in 1 case,which was managed well,and postoperative anal tenesmus was found in 5 cases,which naturally disappeared one week later. No recurrence,dysporia or anal stricture were found during follow up of 6 monthes. Results showed that PPH has many strong points as being safe in operation,better in efficacy,shorter in operative duration of time,quicker in recovery,etc.
