肛窦隐瘘切开治疗顽固性肛门直肠疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Intractable Anorectal Pain by Way of Incision of Latent Fistulae and Anal Sinus

为研究肛窦隐瘘切开对顽固性肛门直肠疼痛的治疗作用，针对引起疼痛的肛窦多数有隐瘘存在的特点，对疼痛感觉最显著的肛安及其伴发的隐瘘予以切开，使其引流通畅。46例经手术治疗后肛门直肠疼痛缓解或显著减轻者42例，总有效率为91．3％。结果表明，肛寞隐瘘切开对治疗顽崮性肛门直肠疼痛有肯定的疗效。

Based on the fact that there exist in the most cases latent fistulae which always cause pain at anal sinus,we performed surgical incision of latent fistulae and anal sinus of 46 cases, and then drainage was conducted. As results,pain relief was noticed in 42 cases of the 46 cases,the general effective rate being 91. 3 %. It is revealed that incision of latent fistulae and anal sinus is of Certain pain-relieving effect.
