痔结扎切除结合肛门成形术治疗环状混合痔

Hemorrhoidal Ligation ＆ Resection plus Anoplasty in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨痔结扎切除结合肛门成形术治疗环状混合痔的疗效，将96例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组，单纯痔结扎切除组（切除组）和痔结扎切除结合肛门成形术组（肛门成形组）各48例。结果两组在手术时间、创面愈合时间以及疼痛指数VAS评分、出血、便秘等方面末见明显差异，但痔结扎切除结合肛门成形术可减少创口水肿，病人总体满意率提高。

The therapeutic effect of hemorrhoidal ligation ＆ resection combined with anoplasty in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids was evaluated in the study. Ninty six cases with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,were divided randomly into two groups. Fourty eight cases in the study group underwent ligation ＆resection plus anoplasty, while another 48 cases in the control group underwent ligation ＆ resection of the hemorrhoids. Results showed that there were no notable differences between the two groups in the aspects of operational duration of time,wound-healing duration of time, rating on pain index, bleeding and constipation, while less edema was noticed in the study group,the cases of which felt more satisfactory.
