摘要 电控LPG-柴油双燃料发动机标定系统是开发电控单元(ECU)工作中的重要部分,本文介绍了电控单元的配置、通讯模块的硬件和软件设计,标定系统的功能及实现和可视化操作界面的设计。实现了电控单元的CAN总线与PC机USB的高速通讯,实现了RS-232、CAN、USB协议的相互转换。此标定系统在电子调速、掺烧LPG降低烟度、EGR降低NOx排放等电控项目上得到很好的应用。实验证明此标定系统具有数据采集的实时显示、转速波形的在线显示、数据写入和读出、波形的存储和打印、报警等功能和良好的人机交互式界面。 The calibration platform of electronic control LPG - diesel engine is the important part of developing ECU. The hardware configuration of ECU, communication module's hardware and software design, calibration system function together with its implementation and interface of calibration system are produced in this paper. This communication module has accomplished the high - speed communication between CAN bus and USB. In addition, the protocol conversions between RS- 232 and USB, RS- 232 and CAN are realized respectively. This calibration system is used very well for electrical governing, mixed LPG to reduce exhaust smoke, EGP to reduce NOx and so on in the electronic control items. The experimental results demonstrate that the calibration system has the functions such as real time data acquiring and displaying, real time speed wave displaying, data writing and reading, wave saving and printing, alarming and so on. The interface between workman and the system is friendly.
