摘要
以南阳灰麦、蓝麦、普通紫麦和硬质紫麦为材料,用微波压力快速消解样品,用离子选择性电极浓度直读法和国标法对照测定。结果表明:浓度直读法的回收率为90.6%~98.4%,RSD为2.8%~3.6%(n=6),线性范围为0.400~4 000 mg/L,检出限为0.391 mg/L。
To establish a new determination method of micro -calcium in Nanyang color wheat, the Nanyang gray wheat, blue wheat, common violet wheat and violet hard-wheat were selected as the experimental material and calcium-selective electrode-direct reading method was adopted according to China standard (GB/T14609-1993) to determine of calcium in Nanyang color wheat. The results indicated that the recovery were in range 90.6 %-98.4 %, the relative standard deviations were between 2.8 %-3.6 %(n=6) and the lowest detection limitation of calcium was 0.391 mg/L. This method was found to be direct-viewing, fast, simple, sensitive, accurate and the analytical results were satisfactory.
