不同杂交组合肉牛的肥育效果研究

Study on Fattening Performance of Crossbred Beef with Different Genetic Background

选择21月龄左右(体重300 kg左右)的西杂牛和夏杂牛各20头,平均分为2组,以干玉米秸秆为基础粗料,配置了精粗比例分别为505∶0、653∶5的2种饲粮。经过3个月的短期肥育,研究了不同杂种牛的肥育效果以及牛的遗传基础及饲粮类型在肥育及屠宰性能上的互作效应。结果表明:夏杂牛的增重速度和饲料报酬大于西杂牛;各项屠宰指标以及各分割肉块及其占胴体的比例,在50%精料组夏杂大于西杂,在65%精料组西杂大于夏杂,在杂交组合与饲粮类型间存在着较强的互作效应。

Twenty crossbred Simmental Steers （native breed ×Simmental ）and Twenty crossbred Charolais Steers （native breed ×Charolais ）aged about 21 months （300 kg weight ）were used in trial. These steers were fed with the diets containing concentrates and roughages at the ratio of 50：50 and 65：35, respectively. Dried corn straw was used as the only roughage. They were finished for three months. The objective was to study on the effect of fatten in different steers and the interaction between genetic background and diet type in the performance of gain and slaughter of beef cattle. The results showed that crossbred Charolais Steers were higher in average daily gain and feed efficiency. Slaughter performance of crossbred Charolais Steers was highest when they were fed with 50 % concentrates and crossbred Simmental Steers was highest when they were fed with 65 % concentrates, There was significant interaction between genetic background and diet type.
