摘要
研究了不同种类植物生长物质对冬凌草愈伤组织生长及褐化的影响,结果表明:培养基中植物生长物质的种类、浓度及其组合对愈伤组织生长及褐变起着重要的作用;适宜浓度的生长素(2,4!D、NAA和IBA)、细胞分裂素(6!BA和KT)、GA3能不同程度地促进愈伤组织的生长,减轻或抑制褐化作用,其中以2 mg/L2,4!D+0.2 mg/LKT+0.5 mg/LGA3效果最好。
Effect of the different kinds of plant growth substances on callus growth and browning of Rabdosia rubescens was studied. The results indicated that the kind, concentration and combination of plant growth substance in medium played an important role. The feasible concentration of auxin such as 2,4-D, NAA and 1BA and cytikinin such as 6-BA, KT, GA3, respectively promoted the callus growth, alleviated or restrained browning. And the optimal ratio was 2 mg/L 2,4-D+ 0.2 mg/L KT + 0.5 mg/L GA3 in the medium.
