Analysis of Conservation of Water Resource

我国水资源短缺,大部分地区水资源不能满足经济社会发展需求,水污染又加剧了水资源的短缺并引发诸多社会与环境问题。解决这些问题,一要对经济相对落后地区给予必要的支持,二要靠各地的自觉行动,三要加大执法成本和执法力度。

The water resource in our country is shortage and the quantity does not meet the demand of the economic and socil development in most of the regions of our country. The serious water pollutions have aggravated this situation and led many social and environmental problems. To solve these problems, firstly, the essential support to the area which economy was relatively backward should be provided; secondly, it must depend on the self-conscious action of all regions to solve the difficulty; finally, the law enforcement should be enlarged for the protection of water resource.
