摘要
方差分析表明:15个半合子Bt基因抗虫棉杂交种皮棉产量间差异极显著,株铃数、衣分、铃重在品种间差异极显著。显著性大小为:铃数>衣分>铃重;相关分析表明:铃数和衣分对皮棉产量呈极显著的正相关,而铃重与皮棉产量呈负相关;通径分析表明:株铃数是影响皮棉产量的主要因素,其次是衣分,而铃重要控制在一定的范围。
Through analysis of variance, correlation and path of several main characteristics of 15 cotton hybrid with Bt gene, the result showed the yield of cotton lint, the number of bolls per plant, lint percentage, boll weight was extremely notable. The number of bolls per plant and lint percentage had a significant positive correlation with the lint yield, but the relationship between boll weight and yield of ginned cotton was negative correlation. The number of bolls per plant was first factor affecting cotton yield and the second and lint percentage.
