摘要
随着现代生物技术的迅猛发展,人类可以通过操纵生物遗传信息来改变生物的生物学特性,但同时也可能对生物多样性、生态环境及人体健康产生不利的影响。讨论了生物安全问题及其产生的原因,并对国内外解决这一问题的措施进行了综述。
Along with the fast development of modem biotechnology, the various transgenic creatures and their products are coming up. While the change of the phenotype controlled the biologic genetic information, the people begin to think about the potential harms brought to the creature diversity, the ecological environment and human health. The biological security and some measures of protecting creatures were discussed in this paper.
