摘要
根据群体感应机制,利用PCR技术,摸索出一套能够高效筛选生防细菌的方法。利用这一方法,从土壤中分离的1 399株细菌中筛出42株,占总分离株的3%,PDA培养基平板拮抗试验发现,其中有39株对香蕉尖孢镰刀菌有抑菌效果,占总筛选株数的95.2%。抑菌效果最好的分离株DFL059在田间试验中对香蕉枯萎病有较强的生防效果。
Based on the Quorum sensing mechanism, an isolation model of bio-control of bacteria was designed with the method of PCR technique. 42 strains were isolated from 1 399 strain bacteria. The percentage was 3% in total strain. On PDA medium, 39 strains were found to suppress Fusarium oxysporum of banana in the 42 strains. The percentage was 95.2%. The DFL0159 strain was found the best strain with the antagonistic ability to Fusariurn oxyporum of banana.
